As a matter of principle, products delivered that are not defective and that comply with the order are neither returned nor exchanged. In the event of a return requested for an apparent defect or non-conformity of the product, the Customer must allow SODICA every opportunity to examine the goods and check them. The return of defective products is dealt with in Article 10 of SODICA's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any return must be subject to a prior authorisation request to SODICA. The return of a delivered product may take place if it meets the following criteria
written approval of the return by SODICA
the product is returned in new condition and in its original packaging
over-packaging suitable for transport
return of the product within 2 weeks following the agreement given by SODICA.
Returns that do not comply with this procedure will be refused and no credit or refund will be granted.
If the return is accepted by SODICA due to a defect or non-conformity of the product, SODICA will bear the cost of returning the product and will replace the affected product free of charge or reimburse it, to the exclusion of any other compensation. For any other case of return validated by SODICA, and subject to the control of the perfect condition of the returned goods, a credit note for the amount of the returned products is issued to the Customer. The transport costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
