What other charges may apply to my order?

In addition to the shipping costs, administrative costs are applied on a flat-rate basis for the processing of orders of €80 or more excluding taxes: 

Order of less than €80 entered by the SODICA team 

25 euros

Order of less than €80 entered per customer

10 euros

How much is the delivery charge?

Shipments are made by the carrier chosen by SODICA.
Shipping costs are applied to the Customer according to the weight of the package and the final destination of delivery.

How to place an order with SODICA?

You can place an order with SODICA:
  • either online, via the website www.sodica.fr, after opening your account.
  • or by email. An order sent by email will only be valid if it is sent with an official order document in Pdf format.
  • Or by fax.
Orders by telephone are not allowed.

Any order, whether placed by you or by us on your behalf, will be acknowledged by SODICA, indicating the terms of the order as accepted by SODICA.

Your billing address has changed or any other information relating to your company, in this case thank you to contact your sales representative at SODICA or write to us at the following email address info@sodica.fr to let us know of any changes. We will update your information.

If your delivery address has changed, you can update it directly in the "My addresses" section of your account.
